Vision & Future Direction

The Chennai Diocese is moving forward with a clear and focused vision that aims to strengthen every church and equip every believer for effective ministry.

1. Strengthening Small Churches

Every small congregation in the diocese will be supported,

monitored, and guided to grow spiritually, structurally, and

missionally.

2. Equipping Every Church

All churches will receive practical guidance, leadership

training, and resources to function with spiritual maturity and ministry effectiveness.

3. ECC Train & Multiply Program

The Diocese is implementing the ECC Train & Multiply program to train pastors, lay preachers and emerging ministers.
This initiative will help strengthen church teaching, discipleship, and evangelism.

4. Church Growth Support

Regular follow-ups, training meetings, and pastoral guidance will be provided to help every church grow steadily and healthily.

5.Cell Groups

Families across the diocese will be encouraged and guided to build strong home prayer fellowships, strengthening the spiritual atmosphere.

6.Strengthening Fellowships

All fellowship groups within the Diocese—Children, Youth, Women, and Men—will be strengthened through structured teaching, regular spiritual programs, and ministry involvement. Each group will be equipped to grow in discipleship, prayer, and service, building a strong foundation for the next generation of believers and leaders.

7. Developing All 37 Areas

All 37 areas of the diocese will be systematically equipped with strong leadership, pastoral care, and mission focus, ensuring unity and effectiveness in ministry.
